I'm embarrassed and feel dumb, what could this be?

It only leaks while parked on incline. This is as best as I could get a picture of.

Engine oil is not out or low. Power steering fluid is not out or low. I do not think trans fluid is out or low but I will check again at first light.

What could this be?

I highly recommending sticking ur finger in it, and then rub it, smell it... see if it's wet.

If its just water, it's probably HVAC condensation and a non-issue.

If it's not that, and its got color, it could be coolant or wiper fluid.

My money is on condensation, but it could be something else.

Check your levels.

hard to tell but looks like the thermostat/water pump area. Check your coolant level. Coolant could puddle into the skidplate and only leak down to the ground when on a grade.

Check your brake fluid res. Yes it is on the fire wall, but it will leak out around the cap and then run down different parts of the engine bay, and then drip to the ground.

Let it drip on a newspaper or other white paper. Easier to see any color. But I agree, from location, it looks like condensation or rain water trapped somewhere in the cowl. This last might be why it only leaks on the incline.

No oil change recently; yes skid plate.

It has been raining quite a bit, but (some) of the leaks have lightly stained the driveway .. but then they either go away or get lighter after a day or two. That big one from the picture is completely gone

Get a paper towel, dab the spot and see what color the fluid is.
