I'm new and need a little help with a rearview mirror

I'm new to posting on forums in general, but need some basic advice for my '91 4Runner.

I accidentally pulled out the rearview mirror...no parts broke, and I was able to put it back in place. However, now its not as tight as it was before, and wobbles when I drive. Its not directly screwed in, and I'm wondering how to tighten it??

Anyone have any advice?
