I'm stuck finding a stereo. Please Advise.

Depends. If it's the stock double din then yes you need a harness. If it's aftermarket and you go with the same brand you might get lucky and the pinouts will be the same or the previous owner did it right and has a harness in there you can use. Lots of people just got and splice which isn't the best.

Alpine makes quality stuff. I just checked the specs on that thing and it has a 24 bit DAC and plays FLAC. For that price it's amazing it can do that. Enjoy the tunes.

What can I say.... I'm a control freak. :jump::jump:

Check my build thread for chose ups and the blanks will have other switches for lights or accessories once I get them. The tablet runs Torque Pro.

There's a few guys on here that put me to shame, believe me! LOL

So far, I'm very please with it and I just scratched the surface with it. In time I'm thinking of adding the inline amp to go with it.

It is. Our Toyota's are pretty simple. If you still have your stock radio in, you should get the adaptor plugs as well so you don't cut the original harness. Along with that, remember to pull out the stock amp also. Other then that, the instructions are pretty complete.

Yeah I was going to get the adapter kit. I havent bought the 4runner just yet. That will either be this weekend or Tuesday. Just depends on when the VA decides to pay me :confused:

The VA.... Finally signed up after 20 years, last year. Until then, always figured others needed them more then I did. Not the case anymore. First thing I did was request to find my own doctor and walked out of their clinic. Best thing I did. Good Luck!

Yeah. I try to avoid the official VA hopsital at all costs. At least their women's care clinic is generally pretty good.

This is my monthly disability stipend and my GI Bill and kicker stipend. :crutch:
