I'm trying to clear 285's on stock 18's.

I'm having a 3' OME lift put on in 2 weeks. The guy doing it owns a fab. shop. I'm going with a 1' wheel spacer and keeping my 18 stockers. 285/65/18 bfg's is what I'm going for. I know he will ahve to cut the wheel wells and chop body mounts. Is there any other things I should know/be ready for?
