Immediate 5100/OME 885 install help

Hey guys, need some help. My dad and I are installing the 5100s and OmE 885s on the front of my 4Runner V6. I know they're recommended for V8s and V6s with extra weight, but we're running out of compression. We can't install the top bushing and spacer, nor can we put the 2 bolts back on that go on the underside of the control arm. I have the 5100s in the second to lowest setting, should I put them on the lowest setting? Would that be best? I'm not sure why else this isn't working

The springs them self have the 3 +/- lift to them already. So yes leave on the lowest setting. I have the extra weight and still have lift.

You still might have compression problem putting spring/ shock together. let me know if things go on right. doing a trans drain/ fill at the moment.

Will check back in.

I had a problem putting the top bushing on mine while compressing.

I had enough thread to put the nut on without the bushing and tighten down, cranked on the compression spring some more and removed the nut to install the top bushing and nut again. Hope this helps.

Well I got the 5100s and 885s installed on the front today, it gave me about 1.5" over the Daystar lift. Didn't get to finish the rear because I got into an argument with an angle grinder and had to get stitches. I'll finish it tomorrow

Sorry to hear this.

Got more lift in height do to factory springs were sagging. Same thing when I changed from spacer to the set up you have now.

In for installed pics.

Please recap what spring you are using front and rear.

I'm trying to decide what springs to run, got my 5100s sitting in the garage.

Top picture is with the Daystar lift, bottom is the 5100/885/ToyTec Supercoil lift. I netted about 1.25" more lift all the way around and have much better ride quality
