Last year, some bimbo cut across the white striped safety zone on a freeway on-ramp, pulled into the freeway lane in front of me and braked hard. :awais:

So I had to do the brake/release/swerve thing. Luckily there were no cars on the on-ramp merging lane. What happened was this IDIOT was trying to make an off-ramp that was located directly across from the on-ramp. Who cares about the four lanes of high speed traffic inbetween anyway, right?

Right after that incident, I got this little beauty.

Yeah, its compressor driven. You can see the compressor btwn the lower horn and the vacuum canister. Its just the compressor that came with th horns, does not require a "real" compressor and tank like the big rig horns do.

The guy that installed my horns said he had installed train horns into a Ford SUV. According to him, the owner eventually had to remove the horns because it kept on cracking the windshield whenever it was used.

JC Whitney is your friend. Has "train" horns 118 to 152db. Even one system designed for engine compartments with little room.

I think for the money, the Wolo Bad Boy is the best. While JCW has them listed, you can get them at Harbor Freight for under $50. Not a train sound, but very compact and very loud. Easy to install, too.
