In dash screen/backup cam opinions

I just bought a new to me 2011 4runner sr5. Looking to install an in dash unit that also has nav and a backup camera. Just looking to get opinions on what are some good units or personal experinces with certain ones. I am open to options but trying to not break the bank if possible. Double din....

Running a kenwood double din......when I installed it I asked the shop to tap the wire to my back up camera. Your gonna have a blue screen on your mirror, I just put on a wider after market mirror cover......

Self install or at a shop? DIY is pretty simple, just review the Aftermarket Stereo Thread on this site. I installed a 4000NEX (many others the 8000NEX), mostly for the newness of the tech. The 4k doesn't have NAV built in but you can add it, use app radio, or wait for Carplay to be updated. The 8k has nav as do the 5000, 6000, and 7000. There are plenty of decent head units out there, just search the net -- obviously, they aren't car specific. Same for the camera, really. I went with the Pioneer camera and can't say it is better than a camera half its price (or less). Install took some work and research but was easy, in retrospect.

Thanks for the response. Most likely will do a shop install but want to buy the parts myself as opposed to getting them higher at a shop. DOn't have a lot of know how on installs or time due to work.
