Incline driveway - better pull in or back in ?

That's a real picture of a real driveway. There's a story behind it though. I wouldn't want a driveway that steep, that's for sure. You'd need a decent breakover angle just to avoid scraping as you drove into the garage.

omg, no way can that 2nd pic be real, I can't imagine any local code allowing for that as a driveway =) !!!!

thankfully nothin near as steep,well 1/2 as steep maybe lol!

you need to put a winch on your car and a winching point in your garage, lol

does anyone else have any speculations on the matter?

There would have to be an asterisk on the deed that the garage was for storage or use at own risk or ?

that looks dangerous and ill advised for most vehicles and any motorcycle

but just think in the winter you have your very own tobagon run.

***forget about break over, you need a high clearance approach angle before you had to worry about break over. That driveway is one of the few times you wouldnt want a low deck moving truck either.
