Info on these TRD wheels

Finally got my black TRD Pros put on:



Got them done at the dealership with a separate set of TPMS Sensors. Only issue was that I will need to get them balanced elsewhere as my dealer did not have the proper sized cone to fit the TRD Wheels. Probably because my dealer is Canadian and they rarely see these things.

Already got a few people checking out my Wheels while parked at a lot.

Can you tell me what running boards you have on your 4Runner? They look good and they look like they could really help ward off parking lot door dings. They look similar to the one I had on my Tacoma. Thanks

I don't find that they get in the way. My wife really likes them. I used to own a 2001 pathfinder that had running boards and they seemed to get in the way more than these ones.

Does anyone know whether they stopped selling the black ones to non TRD Pro owners? My buddy was interested in a set so I went to the EB Toyota parts website and could not find the wheels there anymore.

I wouldn't see any reason, same bolt pattern. I've seen Fj wheels on a 3rd gen so Id take a guess they'd work fine.

Picked up my '14 SR5 Premium, where to start for getting the TRD look?

My T4R is dying the get the TRD Pro look. I am totally new to this so please help.


So far I know I want the following:

PTR20-35110-BK, Will these fit my stock Dunlop's or should I get Nitto Grapplers?

Bilstein 5100S, where can I buy these and who should I have install them? Do I have them set at any specific height or are they all set to the same height?

Anything else I missed?

What about my current rims and tires (I may keep the stock tires). Do I try and sell them online or can I trade them in somewhere for a discount on the TRD rims? If I cannot sell the new rims I highly doubt I would get the new rims. Its too much of a loss.

Yes I pretty much want what the TRD Pro has. The main reason is I don't really want to trade mine in since the TRD has no moonroof plus I like the stock components the TRD has.
