injector chatter

so it turns out that the chatter that I thought were my valves is actually my injectors. Has anyone else experiences this issue? What is the cost to fix something like that? What will happen if I DONT FIX IT?
I have a 95 4runner v6, 3.0 liter......

I don't know the fix, but my 94 3.0 does the same thing.
