Injector Rail Over-Torque

So when I read the torque spec for my fuel injector rail I mixed up the line I was on and cracked the plastic bushing. I am having a hell of a time trying to find a replacement.

I found a plastic washer that is exactly the same size but lacks the nipple that goes into the rail bolt hole, would that work? There is a little bit of wiggle room around the bolt.

Does anyone know of a place that can ship these quickly?
