Been needing to start my own build thread so here it is:

Bought 2010 TE in 2013 with 40K miles. Was lifted but I eventually replaced with a better kit. It's 1/3 daily driver so I've managed to keep miles down. Existing 61K. Almost traded recently but an overwhelming NO from the forum convinced me to keep. As well as fond memories of my beloved dog, recently passed

Anyway here are lasted mods and some pics:

1) ToyTec Ult BOSS susp kit
2) BFG KO2 285
3) GOBI roof rack and ladder
4) RIGID light bars (not wired yet) 40" roof top and 20" grill
5) only 21K miles since buying 3yrs ago
6) MANY great memories with my dog who passed away a week ago
7) KATZKIN leather to be installed in few weeks
8) BudBuilt 3 piece skids

Hopefully some fun adventures this summer

I'm so glad you decided to keep this 4Runner! Sorry again about your loss, but your dog was absolutely, and now you can recall all of the memories you made together. Looking forward to following along!

Your TE looks great - I have its twin only its a 2011 and have also been thinking about doing the Katzkin leather seats. If you don't mind my asking who did the install?

Auto Trim Design in Tukwila, WA (near Renton). There are 2 authorized installers locally for me, but these are the best. Go to Katzkin website or call them and ask for your local installers. Yelp them as well. I love it so far. The novelty wears off as you get used to it, but I don't regret it at all. Love the look and feel.

Thanks for the info - I have one installer here in the Portland area, I'll have to try and found out how good they are at installing. Again thanks for the info!!
