Inside Fender? What is it called?

Hi all,

I installed SpiderTrax spacers this weekend -- very cool, though subtle difference. Subtle yet enough to rub one front tire against the plastic inside of the fender (or what I'd call the wheel well). This plastic was already in rough condition and separated from its mounts so no wonder it rubs. I would like to replace that piece but I do not know what it is called. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

BTW, I searched this one for a while and never figured out how to phrase it. I also looked at online parts providers but never found a good image of this part o the car. Apologies if my question is redundant or if the answer was more easily self-served.

if it rubs, dont replace it, trim it until
it dosent rub anymore

Good feedback, thanks, but in this case the liner (whatever it is called) was already mangled so the whole thing presses towards the wheel. Even before the spacers I knew I needed to replace it as it is separated from the fender, visibly.

The driver's side is cool. It doesn't rub though I can't believe it doesn't given how close it is, but the passenger side draws attention to me whenever I make a "right turn."
