Install Fan Bracket

The bearing in my fan bracket (3.4L) is going and I need to install a new one.

I purchased Dorman part # 300-802 for $108, so I am now ready to do the install.

How much of a PITA is this going to be? Looks like the fan, upper rad hose, top timing cover, plus all belts will need to come off just to get the bracket off.

I will then need to remove the pullys and other parts from the old bracket and transfer to the new one.

Anyone done this job have any advice? Anyone run into frozen bolts or other problems?

Having worked mostly on older cars I didn't know what a fan bracket was. So I did some browsing around and found this link which will get you rolling on the right track.
