Installed FJ Springs and end link bushings today

I must say it made a tremendous difference in the way the 4Runner handles and rides. The turns are much flatter and the rear is a little stiffer going over bumps especially. Very pleased witht the end result. Took me about 1 hour total to do both sides. After fighting the 90 degree heat in my garage (with a fan going) and those damn mosquitoes, it was very well worth the time and the sweat and I can't wait to get my sway bar bushings in (all on backorder should ship June 9th though). In my opinion, this mod upgrade is a must! I would love to get rid of the XREAS and get the FJ front springs too, but that will have to wait. The stealership put a new XREAS system on my truck in January because they screwed it up when they disconnected the hose at the shock and not at the quick disconnect points. It now has 5K on the new XREAS system so if you know anyone that would like to buy it, name me a price and I will invest in the FJ setup. I will update this post when I get my sway bar bushings installed. Cheers! :beer:

Awesome! You know you can use FJ front springs and keep the XREAS. Several have done it

That job will take a little longer though, better get some bugspray first:lmao:

yup i have xreas with FJ springs as well. Not too hard at all.
