I picked up one of these off Amazon at 119$ and like it a lot. It was super easy to install, took about 10 minutes, and works as advertised. No holes to drill, no switches to install, everything controlled by the phone controls on the steering wheel. Now my wife can use all the NAV functions while driving, "Sweetheart,, nearest coffee please."
Pretty cool.

Removing the front console side trim, A/C control, and head unit. Plugging in this unit and then reverse. Easy peazy.
