Installing aftermarket radio on an 05 4runner

Hello everyone, I just bought an 05 4Runner a few weeks ago and I just bought a dash kit and wiring harness. I have a question that goes along with the install. I have an aftermarket remote starter that was installed at the dealership i bought the car from. Will I have any problems installing the radio or will the car be immobilized?

Unlike some Hondas - the radio is not part of the anti-theft system - you'll have no probs.

Oh crap i forgot to add that they installed an aftermarket security system, I installed the radio but the car wouldn't stay on due to the security system. Is there any way to bypass this?
