Installing factory tow hitch on SR5 question..

I purchased a used factory tow hitch from a 00 runner limited in a salvage yard.
Question is... are the nuts welded in inside of frame from factory to bolt on like they were on the limited?
And also, where would I tap into the wiring or is there a pre existing harness some where?
I left the toyota harness that was mounted on bumper (brake light plug) and followed it up and cut about 2' up by the left rear wheel.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I have a 99 SR5 I've been wanting to put a hitch on, haven't got around to actually putting it on yet. I did find out a couple different companies make a little towing wiring kit that fits up with it, which I did install, let's see if I can find a link.

I take it our SR5's (I have 99 aswell) did not come pre wired.
I picked up the factory tow hitch for $15, total score!

I bought a used hitch too. The factory hitch has a bar with 2 nuts welded to it that slides into the frame rails (one for each side). If you don't get that (I didn't since the bolts were rusted in and the salvage yard just cut them off) you'll have to come up with something else. I made some small plates with square holes and slid them into the frame rails. The square holes are for carriage bolts that I dropped down from the frame through the hitch and put nuts on them. It's a lot easier if you can get the factory hardware.
