Installing Hella 500

I'm kind of a noob when it comes to electrical wiring and all that. I just bought a bull guard for my 03 4Runner, and I want to get the Hella 500 lights but the only thing that's holding me back from buying it is the installation, and getting the switch inside the car. I can't find a decent post or video on how to install it in the 4th gen 4Runner. Any help would be appreciated! Also, I'm trying to install them so that the lights will go on separate from the high beans and what not.
