Installing OME Lift need help deciding on tires for 16" Rims

I just got an OME lift and I'm going to be purchasing some Ivan Stewart 16" rims. I need help deciding on which size of tires to get.

I am going with BFG All Terrain, the sizes I have to choose from are:

1) 265/75/16
2) 275/70/16

I could also get some BFG Mud Terrains in 265/70/16

Please help. Thanks
