Installing UCA's

I see a bunch of threads on this topic but can't seem to find a simple answer. Does anyone have a writeup of how to install TC UCA's (keeping the shocks and coils that are already on there).

How hard is this to do? How long does it take?

Do you have to remove the shocks/springs?

Other than a BJ puller/seperator are there any other special tools you need?

That video is great. I think he lists tools needed right?
