Installing VSC turn off option from the 2008 model year to 2007

Does anyone know if the VSC turn off feature on 2008 models of 4Runners can be installed or adapted for the 2007's (or 2007 and older 4th Gens)?

If doable, will Toyota or maybe TRD do this installation?
