instrumentation light?

does the fan speed setting have an insturmentation light? when all the other instrument lights are lit at night, i cannot see the fan dial, i can only see the setting that it is on (low, medium, etc.). if the fan is off, then there is no light at all for the dial.

It should have a light for each of the settings, except OFF I think.
