INT Lights Question

Quick Question..
I got all the casings off the cargo lights and dome lights...but I can't for the retarded life of me figure out how to get the covering off the map lights in the front where the mirror is! How!

I didn't see either, but the owner's manual (the small one to keep in the glovebox) shows that the whole plastic piece comes off, along with the 2 clearish covers. I brought a screwdriver out with me, but didn't feel like prying.

Good luck. It might be the least of your worries after the mirror thing. And if your cat is a bolt-on one like mine was, braze or weld on one of the bolts.

On the back where the mirror comes out, there's a cap thing you pop off. Then you can get a screw driver or something like that and just pop it off. The whole cover comes off not just the lens.

That's just attempting to make it a little tougher for those hooligans down in SF. The owner of balcksheepadventures.com had his bicycle stolen off his roof rack there in SF while he had lunch just inside. The sad part was it was a custom bike made for his 6'4 height, so it's unlikely the bike could have been used by most people.

My Catalytic Converter was stolen off my 4runner in San Jose where we lived just behind Ebay. And I had a honda prelude stolen in Fremont. All were decent areas, but apparently close enough to areas that weren't as nice.
