Depends on who installs it and if they will maintain the warranty coverage with the new intake. If Toyota installs it, you have a good chance that they will continue the warranty. If someone else installs it, and you have an engine failure, they can claim that the intake caused the problem and void that area of your warranty (this would not apply to the transmission, body, diffs, interior, etc). The law states they have to prove that the modification caused the failure, but they can also make you pay up front for this repair and reimburse you later if they find a manufacturing defect unrelated to the modification that caused the failure.
