Intemittant CEL Code 25?

I just bought a 93 4runner 3.0 a/t, and the check engine light will come on for a little bit then go out for while then come back on. when I pulled the code it flashed 25 and the OD light flashed 65 does anybody know what might cause the codes? any help would be greatly appreciated

Well I think I fixed the code 25 problem. I found out its a lean condition, I took out and looked at the o2 sensor, it was hammered, and it was a crappy bosch aftermarket POS. so i replaced it with a oe denso unit, reset the light and so far so good, running better and better gas mileage too.
