Ok, first, a big thanks to Tollbooth.
I'm now a dealer for Doug Thorley and got them to let me offer the 03-04 4.7L headers for $579.99 shipped and was able to start with only 5 orders!

Once we get 5, anyone else after that will be included in that price, for about 1-2 weeks and then the deal is over. Normal price after that will be over $700!
Side notes, 05-09 headers, they will not do a group buy because those headers are already an official part. They won't give me the pricing they are doing for the 03-04. I can still sell any of you the 05-09, and I'll be at least $50 less than most selling them.
Also, for CA residents, these are not carb legal. This means if you live in CA, you won't pass their emissions. IF you still want to order, contact me directly.

They should, it's the exact same motor, interchangeable even. But nobody can give you a definitive answer because nobody has tried.

It'll absolutely fit on the engine, that's not the problem. You might run into issues with other things in the engine bay though, such as the steering shaft and dipstick (This was the main problem with people trying to fit the Tundra TRD headers onto the '03-'05 engine). I'd bet these will be fine though. The GX and our 4Runners are too similar for it to be much of an issue. See if you can find a 4Runner and measure the steering shaft distance and other clearance areas, then compare it to your GX.
You can buy these and see if they fit, and then sell them on here if they don't. Looks like a lot of people want these headers but don't have the money right now, which gives you some time to make them fit, or else then resell once people have the money. You can probably even make a deal with someone in advance, where they'll get the group buy price from you if you can't make it work.
