Ordered a set of headers and three MagnaFlow universal cats from Burtman and they shipped the following day. He was extremely responsive via text and provided superb service. His pricing is also unheard of. I will for sure be contacting him before I purchase anymore parts for the 4runner.

Anyone else that wants to get in on this, now is the time. I'm not 100% sure how long Thorley is going to let me do this deal. I think another week or so maybe. For 03-04, the instructions say to reuse the factory gaskets. For 03-04 Toyota used multi-layered steel gaskets that are really really good. This is done the same for the Tacoma and others, and you reuse.

For 05-09 the factory used crappy gaskets that CANNOT be reused and replacements are given with 05-09. Again, if you are not provided the gaskets the instructions will state to reuse the factory. If those need to be replaced then you can acquire them from me.

Well crap, I'm missing my gaskets then. I did check their website and the description shows that new gaskets are included. I'll reach out to them to get this resolved.

Didn't get mine in the box either (2004) but I just ordered new ones anyway, with new nuts/bolts, etc. having a true dual exhaust put on and they recommended to replace the studs/bolts and gasket regardless.

Mines in the shop, they are trying to source new bolts. My original bolts are in rough shape. [MENTION=9]Jason B[/MENTION] contacted doug thorley for me to request they either start including bolts or at least offer it as an option.

I'm doing the install myself at a buddy's shop in Fredericksburg. He is doing all the welding and fabrication and I'm handling the removal and install. I can ask him if he's available to do another one in the near future and what it would cost if you'd like.

Yes, ANYONE THAT NEEDS MAGNAFLOW CATS/MUFFLERS, etc. I have great deals on them. 200 hp, your cats/muffler will arrive tomorrow!

Dealer didn't have any in stock, got lucky with a parts store but they were a couple mm short. I'd order early from dealership of see if someone like ARP has any.
