I purchased a new air filter for my wife's highlander and on the way home I opened the box to find it was covered with oily handprints and several dead flies.
I was pretty upset to have been sold a "used" air filter in a brand new box. I took it back and the guy behind the counter kinda rolled his eyes at me, swapped it with one from the shelf and stuck this one back on the shelf. I was amazed.
I've never taken my car to TOR for a service and I sure as heck won't ever be going there again.
