I have some stuff called "Simple green" that will demolish dirt and grimy stuff. It will take on the big stuff, but it is still gentle on armrests and stuff. I knock out the big chunks with that, then hit it with some windex. Windex for the windows too.

I've never tried it myself but I saw a video on youtube of some guys using those Rug Doctor machines that you can rent at the supermarket with a hose attachment. It looked like it worked out very well, maybe give that a try and post some before and afters.

Edit: Heres the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNMAmhGrxR8

The cheapest method that will most likely work is using Folex. It can be bought from Lowes. The bottle looks cheap, but works. Look up the reviews online before spending your $6. :D

Next I would buy a wet vac and if that didn't work rent an extractor from lowes or home depot. Don't no how much that cost.

Ive got a rug/carpet shampoo machine that I use in my house and it also has a hose attachment with scrubbers and extractor. I use that hose attachment in my car with OXY Clean and it works wonders. Cleaned out coffee, mud, sodas, beer, wine, blood, semen...oh wait...maybe not those last few. You get the point. It works really well.
