Interior Lights Dimming?

I have a 2013 4Runner, and every time I turn on my headlights in the daytime I cannot see anything on my radio face panel. Is there a way to change the settings so the radio does not dim when the headlights are on?

My guess is that you (accidentally) adjusted your "instrument panel light control" wheel. Check out page 187 of your owner's manual.
