Intermittent Oil Leak???

My '95 4runner v6 has been intermittently leaking oil from somewhere and its only at high rpm like driving on the highway but on two lane roads, around town, ect. it doesnt leak at all.
So my question is what could make it leak only at high rpm, maybe a stopped up PCV valve?

oil leak meaning it loses oil onto the ground or oil dissapears? is your undercarage coated?
