Intermittent Power Loss to Dashboard

Every so often my entire Dash goes blank including radio. Everything restarts almost immediately.
I may be wrong but it seems it only happens when in cruse control.

Any ideas??

Still under warranty? That should be first avenue.

Almost always Toyota electrical gremlins are caused by aftermarket modifications, whether by the end user (pedal boosters, remote start), dealer (trackers, immobilizers, etc), port, or rodents. Start with a visual inspection and look for T taps anywhere and remove everything and put back to stock.

My 2011 is totally stock. Non JBL non entune radio, does have the "Party Mode" which is always on/ engaged.

My stereo lights have gone out for like 1/2 a second probably 4 times in 5 years? Nothing else going on and cruise control not on. I'm hoping it stays this way, short and rare.
