Does anyone know how I can use my iPhone to remote start my car? I currently have a 2way pager that works up to 3/4 of a mile on my 4Runner and I love how the screen has little exhaust fumes coming out of the tailpipe letting you know the vehicle is on. I can start the truck from inside a restaurant or movie theater without having direct sight of the truck!I love it! The vehicle I plan on buying comes with a 1 way pager remote car starter that works up to 60 feet!:sleepy:
I think Viper makes makes a remote car starter that works with the iphone, however I think there is a monthly fee you have to pay in order to use your iphone to start the car, is that true?
If so, what is the cheapest 2 way remote car starter (what works up to 1 mile, not interested in anything less)?
I currently have a Compustar but they are expensive. I don't really care if the alarm can roll down windows, etc, I just want the car start function.
