iPod Spec PA15Toy Problem

Hey all

Just tried installing this in my rig...hookups were good...unit works as it should...but only the left channel produces audio. No sound coming from right side speakers. I inserted discs and tried satellite radio and fm and am radio and those were ok.

Some help on this before I put my interior back together would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So I figured out the above problem...faulty wire. Replaced.

I am running into problems with direct mode though. Playlists 1-7 work fine, but disc 8 does not exist...cannot do direct mode at all. Tried two different iPods and got the same result.

Anyone have a similar problem or know what dip switches worked with theirs?

I'll need to verify later, but I'm pretty sure all the DIP switches are ON. Reading over the manual again (page 7), a direct mode should be available either way. Here's a link to the manual.
