Iridium Spark Plug Part Number

Looking to change my plugs after 5 years of use. The manual for my V8 says the Denso part number is SK20R11, which does not exist any more. Anyone know what the proper Denso Iridium part number is for the V8?

I pulled a plug today and just so everyone nows, my V8 came with the NGK IFR6A11 which has now been replaced by the IFR6T11. This is one of the part numbers in the manual. I think the Denso is a better plug so I'm going to get their SK20R11 model for $7.50 at the parts store.

My friendly local Toyota dealer quoted me 29.00 dollars ea. for plugs, about three hundred out the door for a spark plug repl. To me that borders on criminal!

yeah, do it yourself. I used the Denso IK20's at $10 apiece. Took me about 2 hours using a torque wrench and going slow, especially with an aluminum head on the V8. Pretty easy job.

My thoughts exactly. And don't forget the never-seize for the threads.
Same dealer also said the timing belt labor is 8 hours, so their 329 special was a killer deal. Ya right alldata says 5.2 hours.
Since that job is a bear, and takes special service tools I will have someone do it, but not these crooks.
And I prob. would have had them do it if it was not for the bald faced lie the 'service advisor' told.
I'm a sales rep myself. if I had to lie to make a living, I would be doing something else!
