Is it possible to remove inside portion of back hatch?

I was camping this weekend and had to deadlift the back of the 4runner. As I turned my back to it, reached back to grab the bumper, and lift, I noticed afterwards that my butt had pushed in the back door, directly over the 4runner emblem. I'm hoping that maybe by getting the inside portion off, I can push the dent back out. Is it possible to get this off? And how? Or is it a major PIA? I'd like to give it a shot before paying a bodyshop to pull this out.

Dont accidently roll the back window down when everything is removed. I hit the button on accident when I removed my back door panel and it scracthed a lot of my tint off in a couple different places.

I had a similar situation with my old nissan maxima. I had pushed in the sheet metal on the trunk when leaning against it. I ended up using a friends suction cup dent puller to pop it out. Worked great for me, and only took a minute to fix.
