After finding out about the accident I started asking questions like where did you buy it:
“bought it from a dealer in Westminster I think”
“Was it Certified Preowned from a Toyota dealership?”
“If not did you have it checked out by Toyota before you bought?”
and I got this response:
Hey James....turns out I've decided to keep the truck. Sorry for the inconvenience and best of luck in you search!

Haha that guy was full of crap. How do you not know where you bought your car from? I can't stand dishonest people trying to hide something like an accident from you so they can get the max price for their vehicle. I seen this guy's ad on craigslist for well over a month. Wouldnt be surprised if he reposts it.
