1. Is the erratic VSC Trac warning light associated with erratic Brake Light Switch (causing resistance to shift gears)? A mechanic pulled the switch and operated it by hand and it was erratic as could be On/Off. The VSC Trac light has been just as erratic On/Off.
2. Are they related as indicating the switch that appeared to have a sticking spot in it?
3. A switch can be order at our local O’Reilly’s (approx 33.00 or 22.00) or is it best to get it from a Dealer?
4. It is to be a simple twist to remove and install. Can someone share a link to steps on 07 SR5 V6 2WD? My concern is "how much contact" before I twist to lock. "Should the battery be disconnected" during what looked simple?
5. Would this be covered in a downloaded manual if they are still available? Is it best to download to a Thumb Drive for moving and sharing?
