Is the OEM JBL navigation head unit a direct swap for the standard JBL?

I have a 04 4runner with the JBL single CD/cassette player. The illumination backlight in the system just went out so I am thinking of upgrading. I am just wondering:

1-Will the OEM nav work?
2-Will my OEM radio controls on the steering wheel and my rear overhead system still function?

I know for a fact its direct with the 06+, and I'm 99% sure it is for you as well. I have one for sale if you want it

Ok after seeing this pic, I'm now 99.999999999999999999999% sure its direct plug and play. I have the E7008, the newest version for 4 runners.
