Is there a company that rebuilds transfer cases?

I have been searching through the post but the search function on tapatalk is not that great. My actuator is leaking and have just under 200k miles on truck. I hate to pay Toyota 1k to just replace the seals and then have to wonder when the actuator is going to fail. So it makes sense to rebuild the whole thing but I can not find anyone who does that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It seems like I can get a new one for about 2100.

I just ran bluedevil oil stop leak in there with the old fluid. Follow the instructions to drive it for XX miles. then when the leak stopped, I flushed it out and put fresh transfer case fluid in there. Because the blue devil will over "swollen" the orings and make it leak even more quicker if you don't flush it out after the leak has stopped. I learned it the hard way after a couple hundred miles after it stopped leaking and I noticed it leaked even more one day. I put fresh fluid in there and somehow the leak had stopped.


This was 10,000 miles ago. Still no reoccuring leak afterwards, but a good fix if you want to prolong the actual transfer case fix for a stupid $4 O ring. It's a pain in the butt .
