Is there a difference between the 2017 4Runner and the 2019 4Runner

I am looking to buy adiff leveling kit but most places stop at 2017 for models. Are sites just not upgraded? I am looking at this one. I have the 10mm spacer incase I have a lean and I was told I don't need a Diff kit for a 2019 but I would like to have one just in case.
