Is there a way to add BSM on 20+ ?

Saw a sr5 with bsm on freeway today. Wondering if there is a plug-in play way to add the Blindspot monitoring system. If any of the connectors are already there I just buy the sensors and swap Mirrors.

I figured that’s almost impossible judging from there is no wire to the mirror besides the heater and typically Toyota logic.

No for a variety of reasons. But many people have swapped out the outside mirrors for the RAV4 mirrors that have a blind spot convex mirror built in:
