Well, I guess I can start a build thread now that my truck is no longer just another 4Runner. I bought this 2001 SR5 4WD in July 2016 for $3500. It had 222k miles on it when I purchased it and ran absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier with the guts of the truck. Now for how it looked... not as big a fan. Love the color, no clear coat issues or fading just some scratches and dings. Some rusty running boards and a front bumper that needs to be replaced. It had a mismatch set of tires on it and the paint flaking on all the wheels. It just looked like a mini van...

A couple months later and I have fixed the stance completely:
Front Suspension: Tundra Bilstein 5100s with brand new TRD Coils. I achieved around 3 inches of lift and I think it rides great up front. I wasn't a fan of the bouncy, floaty feel of the worn out stock suspension. No diff drop needed, my CV angles stayed pretty healthy.
Rear Suspension: Used FJ80 8 wraps with FJ80 front shocks from Monroe. The back sits pretty high. I achieved around 4/4.5 inches in the rear and have a nice take to the truck now. I think the rear end feels pretty good so far but I've really only driven around 100 miles so far.
I went with Cooper STT Pros in a 285/75/16. I wanted to go 305/70/16 but I also wanted to keep the stock 5-star wheels so 285s it was as without wheel spacers the 305 would be too much tire. I will be adding a small spacer soon as even the 285s could use just a little clearance of the upper control arms.
I didn't take any pictures of the lift install or anything but I will say this. It wasn't an easy job. My dad and I did it in our garage and it took us a good while. Spring compressors suck and I wouldn't want to do it twice. Nothing went wrong it's just hard work.
I'm very happy with how it sits and handles so far. I'll put 1000 miles on it and let the suspension settle in and make sure everything is all good before I take and test it out on the trails.
I'll get some better after pictures in the daylight this week...
