Pricey, yes. It is clean, but dealers can make just about anything look clean with a little scrubbing. I'd be more interested in getting a service history than anything else.

I just found a 1 owner sport with the rear locker in chicago for 4800 with the same miles but it's already gone. If your paying cash for one I say keep looking.

It always depends on how bad you want it. If it was in show room condition that price might be ok but you mentioned some rust. With any rust I would value it around 6500 to 7000 and if it is serious undercarriage rust less than that. By serious rust I mean not just surface rust that can be wire brushed off.

Is that a timing belt service sticker on the timing cover? If not, that's a huge bargaining tool at that mileage.
