There's tons of those wheels for sale since they come off the Tacomas. That's probably a fair price for them though. The Rugged Trails did not have very good reviews though FYI.

i thought those were 17". what year are those from, and how uncommon are they?

FWIW i've bought two sets of stock 5-star for $100 and $175, though one had no tires and one had throw aways.
