Wow, I just saw that same ad a few minutes ago just searching OME stuff...it looks good to me, but I only need the coils(I think...new thread to come on that!) so I say go for it!

Yeah, I just got that exact set up from toytec for $699 + $52 shipping. It didn't include the diff drop, panhard drop brakets, or ext. brake line so you'd basically be getting those items for free. But if the seller wants you to pay shipping too, you wouldn't really be saving any $$ buying from him, you might as well just buy from toytec and at least have their guarantee.
The seller obviously needs to get rid of all that stuff, so I would offer $650 or $700.

If all you need are the coils, you should check out the parts department of Toyota of Dallas. They have a great website and had the best prices that I found.
