I've never seen that truck on here.

He says 12k in upgrade parts alone?

I "only have" close to 5k.

Not buying the $12k in upgrades. And just because he 'spent $2k' for recent service doesn't mean it adds a dime of additional value to the truck.

He doesn't list mileage anywhere, nor does he list whether or not the timing belt was done and if so, at what mileage.

He doesn't mention how many miles are on the suspension or tires either.

It may be a nice rig, but for over $20k??? I think it would be fair to ask for $3-4k above KBB due to the aftermarket components (pending they don't have a crap load of miles on them)

I'm not saying it's worth the asking price, but FYI there is a mention of the mileage at 116,000 miles, look to the right for the mileage.
