Is this my master cylinder?

I’m having a small brake issue and wanted to see if someone can confirm my suspicion that my master cylinder piston is sticking before I do a rebuild.

Sometimes when driving I will step on the brake and the pedal will not return all the way, causing the brakes to drag slightly, I don’t think it’s a sticking caliper or drum because it seems like all four brakes are dragging the same amount. Also when I notice it’s doing this I can lift up on the pedal with my foot and they will release. This only happens intermittently, brakes are in otherwise good shape and the fluid is newer and at the correct level

I did a search but couldn’t find anyone having similar issues, brakes work fine other than this, I have 199 tundra brakes with abs disabled if it matters

There should be a spring mounted between the bottom of the dash and the brake paddle to pull the paddle back up. See whether it is missing or dislodged.

The spring is there, I replaced it with a new one from Toyota when I did my 5 speed swap

Can you remove the cotter pin to release the brake booster connection to brake peddle? That way you can swing the peddle to confirm the bind is not in the pivot on the peddle. Highly likely that should be fine.
It's good to rule that out before moving on to the brake master.

Sorry I haven’t updated this but I finally got around to removing the cotter pin on the pedal and there is definitely no bind there
