if it is, it's right above the frame. look what it has done.

the drivers side looks nothing like this. I'm kind of concerned about this...

I can't quite tell, is that corrosion being generated as a result? Do you live in a rust prone area?

Well if that's A/C drippings I suppose your choices are to re-route/extend hose someplace else (my 3G drops it onto the exhaust pipe). Then clean off the mess/paint/protect it somehow. Hopefully its not your battery draintube...Luck! :banana:

I do, the car is a 2003, and has always been in New England.

This is beyond any other rust in the frame though.

I do believe that's where my a/c drains but I don't see condensation run-off being responsible for that.

it is, mine drains off on the frame 2 .not happy with design, intend 2 join a tube to it

Yes, that is the condensation drain hose. Why the majority of manufactures choose to have it run right on top of the frame rails is beyond me. I understand this is where it falls in line with the evaporation box but they can route it away from the frame rails!

an extra foot of hose and a clip would have prevented this.
